Declaration of Delivery 

1. General delivery information

• Secure packaging to ensure your photos arrive undamaged

• Transport insurance (if the goods are damaged during transport, your photo is replaced free of charge)

• Premium delivery with our partners Colissimo, DPD, DHL, Go!, TNT and Dachser - fast and safe

• The countries eligible for delivery are as follows: France, Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Netherlands.

2. Delivery times

​

The delivery time varies according to your order, it is on average fixed between 7 and 14 days without counting any problems related to the carrier.

Production times depend on materials used and workmanship. 
Please note that these times are for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. They may vary depending on the volume of orders.

We collaborate for the shipment of your order with our delivery partners DHL, Colissimo, Go, DPD, TNT, and Dachser. These can sometimes meet a few days of differences with the expected deadlines.
Our partners have your e-mail address and can inform you of the delivery status of your order or of any problem encountered during delivery.
It is also possible that you will be contacted by telephone, which is why we ask you to fill in yours.
Delivery outside mainland France is impossible.
We ship your order from our production site based in Germany (85232 Bergkirchen). Goods must clear customs, which may delay shipping times.

3. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are only charged once per order. For orders of several products with different delivery costs, we only charge the highest delivery costs, even if the order is sent in several packages. Same delivery costs for all countries.

Our shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. Thus, each product has a different shipping cost which is calculated for you on your invoice. You can, from your shopping cart, view the amount of shipping costs relating to your current order.
